Nitty Gritty Dirt Band’s Will the Circle be Unbroken. Oh no!!!! It states it is country folk. What is that? A hybrid of cat killings so you get more meows per second. It is not one band, but I collage of artist collaborating.
I do not need to spend much time on this review. I am not sure how to break it down. There are actually some decent songs on this album. I can only say that the film O Brother, Where Art Thou? prepared me for this album. It is actually more bluegrass than country.
Oh well, I just figured out that I was listening to the wrong album the whole time. There are three volumes of it and each one is a collaboration with different musicians. This album is still okay. It sounds like the past, a very far away past. 6/10.
