Black Flag is another band who I recognise by name only. I have never heard their music so I do not know their debut album Damaged. Hardcore punk was not a genre that I was into ever.
I might be tired after reviewing three albums in a row, but this album did not move me at all. I did not think it was completely horrible; it was just mostly horrible. The good part is that the songs are super short, unfortunately some of them still sounded long. I would never listen to it again because I prefer to understand the lyrics at least a little bit. Lead singer Henry Rollins is basically screaming through loud music, which makes him incomprehensible. I find Rollins more interesting than the band. 3/10.
