Anthrax is the last of the influential thrash metal bands from the 80s. Yippee!! I mentioned in a previous blog post that there were four of those bands and one more was on the way. Among the Living is Anthrax’s third album.
I will keep this one short since it has been a long day. I am writing this from the future and you are reading it in the past. Or is that vice versa? Anyway, I did not gravitate toward any of the songs for my list of best songs. I did not think this was as bad as Slayer who was one of the four bands of thrash metal. I wonder is there a possibility that if I had heard this earlier in life would I have liked it. I like angry music from time to time, but I like sad music even more. It has some appeal. 5/10.
