#616 Living Colour – Vivid

I definitely heard of Living Colour in the 80s and I did not like them. Vivid was their debut album in 1988. According to Wikipedia, “In 2017, Rolling Stone ranked Vivid as 71st on their list of ‘The 100 Greatest Metal Albums of All Time.'”

I found it hard to believe that this was ranked as one of the greatest metal albums. If that is true, then metal must have some of the worst albums ever. How is this crappy music on the list? Motley Crue is 100 times better. Where is Motley Crue? I have a feeling this is on the list more as a political motivation. This album had very little personality. The lead singer Corey Glover does not have engaging vocals at all. 2/10.
