#645 The Young Gods – L’eau rouge

The Young Gods seems really familiar to me, but as I listened to L’eau rouge their second album I realised that it did not sound familiar. Perhaps I heard it when I was out dancing in an industrial club. I was a fan of industrial music at this stage in my life and I listened to it for a long time, but I have not listened to it in years. I wonder if there are any good bands now.

I like the music and the fact that vocalist Franz Treichler sings in French, but he voice is not my favourite. It is so weird. Maybe he smoked a lot of Gauloises. I would like to hear it without the vocals. I did not like any song enough to add to my list. 6/10.

…and i hate writing about myself. It feels awkward.
