#670 Pixies – Bossanova

Another Pixies album? I think they made too many albums too close together. I get burnt out when an artist does that. Bossanova was their third album in three years and it is their third on the list.

At first I was not enjoying this album, but that all changed on “All Over the World“. It seems to be more melodic to me. I enjoyed the next few songs “Dig for Fire“, “Down to the Well”, “The Happening”, and “Blown Away“.

This album is different than their previous ones in that it is more rock sounding. I think it starts and end weakly. I like the middle a lot. I think this album does not deserve a place on the list. 7/10.

…and i hate writing about myself. It feels awkward.
