#723 Tom Waits – Bone Machine

Tom Waits fifth and final album on the list was his tenth studio album Bone Machine. This album features a lot of special guest appearances such as Primus‘ Les Claypool, Waddy Wachtel known for his work with Stevie Nicks, and The Rolling Stones’ Keith Richards. This album has dark themes of murder and death.

I could not get into this album as I did with Waits previous ones. I thought a couple songs were okay. I think Waits is an artist that is better is small amounts. Also, he might be better if I were in a better mood. His gravelly voice can be trying. Perhaps I will revisit it another day. 6.5/10.
