Foo Fighters released their eponymous debut album one year after Kurt Cobain committed suicide. Dave Grohl did not waste his time sitting around mourning his former bandmates death. He used the time to create his first album as the Foo Fighters. It could be considered a solo project since he wrote all the songs and played all the instruments himself.
Overall, I liked the album well enough. I prefer their later albums over this one. I liked a few songs enough to add them to my list. The best were “Floaty“, “Big Me“, “Good Grief”, and “For All the Cows”. Luckily, for those of us who like to rock, the Foo Fighters are still around. I recommend it if you like the Foo FIghters and you have not heard it yet. 7/10.

I remember wondering how he was going to go on tour since he played all the instruments on the album.
I thought the same of Prince. He did it all.
And probably in high heels.
I loved this first album of theirs. 8th grade.
Their later albums didn’t do much for me.
