#882 XTC – Apple Venus Volume 1

XTC came out with Apple Venus Volume 1 in 1999. It was their 13th studio album. They released Apple Venus Volume 2 in 2000 and to date that was their last album. I wish it was not true, but it seems we will never get a reunion. Sadly, this album is not available on Spotify or Apple Music. You have to listen to it on YouTube.

“Easter Theatre”might be my favourite song on the album. Other songs I really liked are “Greenman”, “River of Orchids”, “The Last Balloon”, and all the other songs.

This is an incredible album from XTC. I have been a fan for a long time. I think this might be their best album, but I saw that about most of them. I could spend more time on this one, but I want to finish all 1001 Albums Before the end of the world. 10/10.

…and i hate writing about myself. It feels awkward.
