TV on the Radio did not enter my life until later. Maybe even four years later than their 2004 album Desperate Youth, Blood Thirsty Babes. I had no idea that they were an American band. I thought they were Aussies for some odd reason. I think I was watching an Australian series when I discovered them.
The best songs were , “You Could Be Love”, “The Wrong Way”, “Poppy”, and “Wear You Out”. The worst song was “Ambulance”. So irritating.
This album is so different than I expected. I thought I was going to love it. It was a bit too chaotic for me. It seems like they just threw everything into the songs, expect for understandable vocals. Overall, I was not impressed with this album. If you like art rock, then you might like this one. I think the album was removed from a later edition of the book. 5/10.
