#1025 Slipknot – All Hope is Gone

Slipknot again? I hated their last album on the list of 1001 Albums… I gave them 0/10. Can their fourth album All Hope is Gone be any better or will it be worse? I am not really a heavy metal guy, but there have been some exceptions. I expect to hate this album.

I guess I was wrong a little bit. I actually liked a few songs. The ones that were worth listening to were “Snuff”, “Vermilion Pt. 2” (Bloodstone mix), and “‘Til We Die”. I prefer the slower metal songs.

Overall, I think the album was a bit better, but only the slower songs. It is not my kind of tea or cups. It you like heavy metal, then this is your album. 3/10.

…and i hate writing about myself. It feels awkward.
