Yeah Yeah Yeahs released their third album It’s Blitz! in 2009. If you have read my other post, then you know about this band. Vocalist and pianist Karen O is the most famous of the band. They have not made an album since 2013.
My favourite songs are “Zero”, “Heads Will Roll”, “Soft Shock”, “Runaway”, and the rest of the album.
Overall, I like this album much better than their debut album, which was on the list of 1001 Albums… I wish I had listened to this album much sooner. I should not judge an artist or a band on one album, except Joan Baez. I really like the acoustic versions a lot at the end of the album. If you like synth-punk and alternative pop with female vocals, then this is for you. 9.4/10.
