#1050 PJ Harvey – Let England Shake

PJ Harvey again? This is her fourth album on the list. I will admit that they got progressively better. Her eight studio album Let England Shake was released in 2011 and was honoured many awards.

The best songs are “Hanging in the Wire”, “On Battleship Hill”, “In the Dark Places”, and all the other songs. I could not find a song that I hated or I was irritated by so I included them all on my list.

Overall, I think this is one par with her other albums on the list. It is a really great album for longtime fans of Harvey. I suggest listening to it a couple times. 9/10.

…and i hate writing about myself. It feels awkward.
