#1065 The War on Drugs – Lost in the Dream

The War on Drugs released their third album Lost in the Dream in 2014 in March. I was home recuperating from a surgery. I was not listening to music. I have had four surgeries on my stomach and the fourth was the worst. I hope I never have another, but it seems like I will again.

My favourite songs are “Under the Pressure”, “An Ocean in Between the Waves”, “Disappearing”, “Burning”, and all the songs on the album.

Overall, the music is heavily influenced by Bruce Springsteen, Spacemen 3 and Neil Young & Crazy Horse. I thought it was Young singing. There really isn’t a bad song on this album. 10/10.
