#1074 Jane Weaver – Modern Kosmology

Jane Weaver is an english singer-songwriter and guitarist. She has released twelve albums since 2002. Modern Kosmology is her ninth album. I have never heard of her. She seems to be a bit of an enigma, even her age is uncertain on Wikipedia.

My favourite songs are H>A>K, Did You See Butterflies?, The Lightning Back, and “The Architect”.

Overall, I think this is a good album of blended genres, such as psych-folk, alternative rock, and electronica. I like her vocals, which are light. The music seems to be the real star. I will definitely return this album later to give it more listens and I will check out her other ones too. She seems interesting. 7/10.

…and i hate writing about myself. It feels awkward. See, this crap is rather boring. i moved here from Budapest, Hungary four years ago, well, actually that is sort of a lie. i was living in Lyon, France one year before i moved to Colorado and before that Hungary. i like to travel or move. i keep moving… i have many interest besides moving: writing, watching, taking, listening and reading (stories, films, photographs, music and books).
