#1075 The xx – I See You

The xx released their third album I See You in 2017 to critical success. I was a fan immediately. I love the vocals of Oliver Sim and Romy Madley Croft; they are perfect together.

My favourite songs are “I Dare You” (probably one of my favourite songs), “On Hold”, “Say Something Loving”, “A Violent Noise”, “Performance”, and the rest of the album.

Overall, this is a great album of indie rock, dream pop, and alternative dance music. As I have stated before the vocals are beautiful and Jamie xx does a great job as producer. I cannot wait to see what they come out with next. The sadness is strong in the group. 10/10.

…and i hate writing about myself. It feels awkward.
