“California” by Phantom Planet

Day 69: “Listen to the song “California” by Phantom Planet. What does it make you think of?”

I have never heard of this one.

Oh, it sounds vaguely familiar, but not really. It is from the 2002 album The Guest. What is really funny is that actor Jason Schwartzman was on drums until 2003 and he is listed as one of the writers of this song.

I am not a fan of the song at all. The vocals do absolutely nothing for me. Also, I do not care about California.

…and i hate writing about myself. It feels awkward.
