Devo is one of those bands I heard growing up and I liked every song that I heard, but I only heard a few songs. I have heard one song from their popular album Q: Are We Not Men? A: We Are Devo!. Unfortunately, I never listen to the rest of it.
“(I Can’t Get No) Satisfaction” is one of my favourite versions of another artist’s song. I love the jerky dance beat. The first time I heard this song my mind was blown. What is this alien music.

“Mongoloid” , “Jocko Homo” and “Gut Feeling” / “(Slap Your Mammy)” are some of the best songs to get a feeling of what Devo was all about in 1978. The songs are short so if you get bored or tired of one song it will be over quickly. I wish they were more accessible than this album. I got a little bored with the lack of songs to hold my attention. 7/10.
